郝石磊,男,博士,副教授,博士生导师,重庆市巴渝学者青年学者,美国麻省理工学院(Massachusetts Institute of Technology)访问学者。2011年和2014年在重庆大学分别获得药物化学专业硕士学位和生物医学工程专业博士学位。BMC Pharmacology and Toxicology、Current Pharmaceutical Design、Frontiers in Cellular Neuroscience等杂志编委和客座编辑

研究方向:

蛋白质科学和力-生物学。主要内容包括:新型蛋白设计与产品开发(用于组织修复、止血、肿瘤等疾病的诊断和治疗),脑、胃新型药物递送系统,药物传递过程及疾病发生发展的力学效应。发表研究论文40余篇,申请发明专利3项。

研究成果:

      1)主持国家自然基金和主研国家973项目,采用生物力学技术手段,阐释了脑出血后血肿应力在个体、组织和细胞水平的神经损伤过程、阈值和标志物,并开发新型脑植入剂和脑靶向药物用于脑出血治疗;作为客座编辑联合中美德法等脑出血学者在药物领域期刊《Current Pharmaceutical Design》发表了《脑出血损伤机制和治疗》的专刊;

      2)率先将重组角蛋白产品用于生物医学工程领域及阐释其止血和组织修复机制,已开发重组角蛋白产品3件,正在申报产品2件;通过蛋白重组技术获得了10秒内瞬时止血及组织修复的多肽产品;

      3)建立国际合作研究团队,借助QTY Code等工具进行新型蛋白质设计,包括膜蛋白、角蛋白、酶等。并成功用于肿瘤治疗、COVID-19治疗、药物递送、新蛋白材料构建、酶催化等领域。相关研究成果被MIT News, ScienceDaily等网站报道。

Shilei Hao received his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Chongqing University, China, in 2014, and then joined in Chongqing University. Currently he is an associate professor in Department of Bioengineering of Chongqing University. His research interest focuses on:
