娄德帅博士关于撒丁岛梭菌7α-羟基类固醇脱氢酶的分子改造研究结果近期发表在Protein and peptide letters杂志。相关研究中以SDR成员——撒丁岛梭菌7α-羟基类固醇脱氢酶为模型进行虚拟突变研究结构-热稳定性之间的关系,结果表明提高SDR成员compactness可以极显著地提高酶的热稳定性;HELIX位点尤其是LOOP上的位点改造在提高热稳定性的同时能够最大程度降低稳定性-活性的trade off效应。
